3. Ordering process and conclusion of contract

 

By placing an order on the website www.thepigliapost.com the customer makes a binding offer to purchase. The seller confirms receipt of the order immediately by email. The contract is only concluded when a separate order confirmation is sent or when the order is executed.

4. Prices and shipping costs

 

The prices stated on the website are in euros including VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the price and are shown separately. The exact shipping costs can be found in the ordering process. International deliveries may incur additional duties, taxes and fees, which must be paid by the customer.

5. Delivery and availability of goods

 

Delivery is made to the delivery address specified by the customer. The specification of delivery times is non-binding unless a fixed delivery time has been expressly agreed in writing. The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of delivery bottlenecks or non-availability of the goods. The customer will be informed immediately and payments already made will be refunded.

Payment can be made either in advance, credit card, PayPal or other payment methods offered on the website. If you choose advance payment, payment is due immediately after the contract is concluded. The seller reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.

7. Retention of title

 

The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.

8. Material warranty

 

The statutory warranty provisions apply. The customer is requested to immediately check delivered goods for completeness and defects and to report any complaints immediately in writing.

9. Liability

 

The seller is liable within the scope of the statutory provisions for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. The seller is only liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations. Liability for indirect damages, in particular lost profits or consequential damages, is excluded.

10. Final provisions

 

The law of the Republic of Austria applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance and jurisdiction for all disputes arising from this contractual relationship is Innsbruck, provided the customer is an entrepreneur, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law. Should one of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the effectiveness of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
